This position will provide guidance on federal, state and local labor and employment laws to help minimize risks for legal liabilities and ensure compliance with applicable contracts, policies and regulations. You will investigate employment issues, handle labor arbitrations and internal grievances, and manage relationships with outside counsel. Qualifications include a Juris Doctor degreee, a license to practice law in the state of New York, and five years of related experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
