Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a program analyst for an Army agency managing acquisition strategy and reform with a focus on Intellectual Property issues.
Work as a member of a team reviewing acquisition-related documentation, policies, law, regulations, and current practices. Develop recommendations on changes to accelerate the acquisition process and make recommendations on change implementation.
Provide analysis and recommendations, attend working groups, integrated product teams (IPTs), and other planning meetings in support of the mission, and develop executive-level summaries of meetings.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate information to support systemic changes to rapidly field future Army capabilities.
This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition programs
• Experience with acquisition milestone documentation
• Experience with supporting DoD Intellectual Property issues, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, technical data and computer software deliverables, and associated license rights
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with an Army Program Executive Office (PEO) or program, project, or product manager support
• Experience with DoD 5000 .02 regulations
• Experience with Legal IP matters, including negotiation
• Knowledge of Acquisition Intellectual Property policies
• Knowledge of Army staff procedures and DoD acquisition regulations and instructions
• PMP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado:
$61,700 - $129,000 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City):
$65,500 - $157,600 (annualized USD)
