Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate or Of Counsel to join the firm's Intellectual Property Practice and be part of the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Bio Team in our Boston office (remote work in or out of state considered).

We are looking for a team-oriented, enthusiastic candidate with patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence experience (not required), who is interested in expanding their skills by working with a dynamic team of partners, associates, and agents. Some experience is required, including law firm, USPTO, or industry experience. Candidates must be registered with the USPTO. Advanced degree (PhD) or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience preparing/prosecuting patents in biotechnology or chemistry.
