KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate complex policy findings, both orally and in writing, in a narrative that resonates with internal and external stakeholders, including the client, health care providers, and internal team members
• Provide communication support and technical assistance related to internal and external education on provider requirements and compliance expectations
• Utilize clinical expertise to ensure that materials are tailored to meet the educational needs of healthcare providers, consumers, and payors, as applicable
• Apply policy knowledge and clinical expertise to advise provider enforcement strategy and investigation teams on policy areas that need special consideration in their work
• Serve as internal resource to provide first-hand, direct knowledge of clinical practices, medical coding and billing processes, and provider educational tools

Qualifications:
• A minimum of three years of management consulting experience in advisory services; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
• Experience providing direct patient care as a healthcare provider and/or working closely with healthcare providers in a clinical setting
• Working knowledge of and implementation experience of regulatory enforcement and healthcare compliance associated with providers, payors, and hospitals
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management, including medical coding and billing processes
• Deep knowledge of industry, state, and federal regulations within the healthcare policy landscape
• Qualitative research experience, including developing technical assistance and trainings, conducting literature reviews, drafting presentations, policy briefs, technical memorandums and final reports
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
