Summary:
The Bankruptcy Research Specialist will be responsible for researching accounts involved in an active bankruptcy to see if a proof of claim should be filed. The specialist will also gather information from the Trustee Websites for purposes of verifying payments and filing transfers of claim.
 
What you Bring:
  • 1-2 years of previous bankruptcy experience preferred.
  • Legal related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proven organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize duties, track tasks, follow up on outstanding items.
  • Excellent work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc..).
  • Candidate must be detail oriented.
  • College degree preferred, not required.
