Summary:
The Bankruptcy Research Specialist will be responsible for researching accounts involved in an active bankruptcy to see if a proof of claim should be filed. The specialist will also gather information from the Trustee Websites for purposes of verifying payments and filing transfers of claim.
What you Bring:

1-2 years of previous bankruptcy experience preferred.

Legal related experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Proven organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize duties, track tasks, follow up on outstanding items.

Excellent work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc..).

Candidate must be detail oriented.

College degree preferred, not required.
