Who is the Client:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a premier New Jersey Boutique in their search for a mid-level Transactional Real Estate/Deal Associate. While boutique in size and culture, this law firm has sophisticated practitioners and a client roster that rivals any AmLaw firm. They also provide TOP PAY, well beyond other firms in their area, and a very low billable (1620 hours).

Are you a passionate and intelligent Real Estate and/or Corporate Attorney, with prior high-level deal experience?

Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands on experience in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Transactions or other Deal Work.
• Proficiency in a few of the following areas: M&A, commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, general commercial work, joint ventures, due diligence.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.
• Excellent research, drafting, negotiation, and client consultation skills.
• JD from an accredited law school
• NJ Licensure, PA is a plus
