A mid-sized law firm is seeking to hire a bankruptcy associate with 4-6 years of major law firm (biglaw) experience. The ideal candidate will have been on a team which has represented official and unofficial committees of unsecured creditors and have experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting reorganization plans.
