THE OPPORTUNITY We have an incredible opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with 2-9 years of comprehensive Real Estate experience. As a Real Estate Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking deals in collaboration with senior attorneys. This position will provide exposure to a variety of real estate transactions so it offers a great opportunity for candidates to expand their knowledge within the field. YOU HAVE:
2-9 years of real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, finance, JV and leasing. Top law firm or in-house experience. (In-house real estate attorneys are encouraged to apply.) Superior project management skills and experience managing due diligence. Excellent academic credentials. Stellar analytical skills; and strong verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the state bar of the office you are applying to is required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
