Our client, a globally recognized law firm with offices throughout the world, has an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Associate Attorney to join our winning team in Washington.

Our candidate of choice will be a mid-level associate interested in joining our dynamic M&A and private equity practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFCATIONS:
• Ideal candidates will have 3-6/4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters.
• Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
• Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
