Elevate is recruiting for a Corporate Paralegal for a 6 month contract with a multi-national software company.

Specifically you will be:
• Managing corporate subsidiaries globally to ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Drafting governance documents including POAs, written consents, and meeting minutes
• Collaborating with key stakeholders and coordinating signatures to ensure timely delivery of executed documents
• Updating corporate subsidiary database for changes in governance items

• Professionalism in both verbal and written work.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience
• 8+ years paralegal with experience in corporate subsidiary governance matters
