Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Capital Markets Group in the Firm's Baltimore, MD office. This position will involve working in an active and dynamic practice representing financial institutions and corporations in corporate and commercial finance. The ideal candidate will also have experience in syndicated and/or asset based lending transactions.

Candidates must have 1-3 years of mid-to-large law firm experience. Successful candidates will possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, strong organization and analytical skills and be licensed to practice law in Maryland (or willing to become licensed to practice law in Maryland).
