The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years litigation experience in the Massachusetts family courts and the ability to work with complex cases and personalities. Position involves all phases of trial work including drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, engaging in motion practice, and representing clients in evidentiary hearings. We are seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidate must also demonstrate excellence in oral advocacy and strong interpersonal skills.

Superior mental agility and and even temper are prized candidate characteristics.

 

Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Requirements: JD, MA Bar licensure with no disciplinary history.
