Judicial Law Clerk, Court of Common Pleas at University of Pennsylvania

Two full-time Law Clerk positions available. One position is for the Honorable Tamara R. Bernstein of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. The other position is for both the Honorable Timothy Creany and The Honorable Patrick Kiniry, Senior Judges for Cambria County. Judges' dockets include criminal, civil, dependency, and family law. The job responsibilities include: legal research and writing, preparation of jury charge and instructions, preparation of summaries of cases, presence at judicial proceedings, and good communication skills. This position is hybrid (3 days in office, two days from home) if commute is greater than 30 minutes.

Requirements:
