We are interested to speak with employee benefits and compensation (6+ years') associates or counsel attorneys who would like to work with some of the world's biggest names in life sciences and tech.
You will be the lead contact focusing primarily on tax-qualified plans and join recognized leaders in the field. This active group has across-the-board experience with employee equity award programs, qualified retirement plans, bonus programs, deferred compensation plans, severance and golden-parachute arrangements, fringe benefits, welfare plans, COBRA, and employment agreements.
