DLA Piper is looking to hire an Associate to join our Corporate group with a focus on Life Sciences transactional work. We will consider qualified candidates interested in working from any of our US offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience with a background in Life Sciences. Experience in contract drafting, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device space, is a must. This candidate will be working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.

In accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, is $250,000 – $345,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
