Established and highly respected company has opened a position in Salt Lake City for an experienced Transactional / Real Estate Paralegal. This position is recognized as a key contributor to the team and is best suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. One who has the ability to meet the demands of working with busy Attorneys who appreciate the efforts of a Paralegal who can organize, prioritize and be an integral part of their practice.

The successful individual will have:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Contract preparations and negotiations
• Preparing land descriptions
• Conducting lien search, transactional and due diligence documentation for closings.

The perfect candidate will be one who is admired by others as an exemplarity performer and possess the ability to work well with clients and team members. They will be resourceful in their ability to research and find answers to questions and know when to ask for assistance in these areas.
