Legal Studies Adjunct Faculty Online at Myrtle Beach College

The mission of Myrtle Beach College is to provide high quality, easily accessible, tuition free higher education in Christian perspective to as many people as possible.

We are seeking adjunct faculty who can create 10-15 minute chapter specific video lectures that follow Cengage books which we use in our program. Applicants need to have a thorough knowledge of their subject area and excellent presentation skills. The presentations we are looking for are less Albert Einstein and more Mr. Rogers as we try to add a more human touch to online learning. Beginning with the fall term, adjunct faculty will lead a weekly, evening discussion group for 90 minutes or so on Zoom.

Myrtle Beach College courses are three credit courses divided into three, one credit segments. Each segment is structured to be completed in four weeks.

All adjunct faculty positions require a minimum of a Masters degree (JD preferred) in the discipline you are teaching and some teaching experience. A cover letter indicating courses you feel you are best equipped to teach would be appreciated. Currently we are looking for adjunct faculty for Introduction to Introduction to Paralegal Studies, Legal Research & Writing, Business Law I, Business Law II, Contracts, Immigration Law, Media Law, Civil Litigation, Tort Law, Intellectual Property Law, Marriage and Family Law, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and Real Estate Law
