Shareholder (Corporate Attorney) at Direct Counsel

Direct Counsel is looking for Shareholder - Corporate Attorney to join a Top, Nationally Ranked Firm in their Corporate practice group. This position is open to their Scottsdale, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business of $500-750k+ and experience with a broad range of transactional and governance matters.

Qualifications:
• $500-750k+ book of business
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Experience with private equity matters
• Experience with publicly and privately traded securities
• Experience with corporate maintenance and formation
• Experience with corporate finance and licensing
• Experience with venture capital financing
• Excellent communication skills and highly motivated
