THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-to senior-level Real Estate Associate with commercial transactional real estate experience to join our Washington, DC office. As a Real Estate Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE:
At least 4 years of Real Estate experience Drafted and negotiated documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition, and/or development of commercial real estate Drafted and negotiated office and/or retail leases whether for landlords or tenants Analyzed title and survey and addressed due diligence issues Managed the commercial settlement process Interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters generally, acquisition, disposition, finance, leasing, joint venture structuring/investment, asset management, handling the real estate component of corporate transactions Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is required, Maryland and/or Virginia are a plus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
