About the Team:
The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs team provides strategic legal support for innovative, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global market. We help our business teams enable their vision by providing integrated legal guidance. Our team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright, and capable operations professionals to join the team. The following describes the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management, help gather information, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders for privacy related regulatory inquiries
- Work with privacy counsel and cross functional teams to conduct regulatory risk assessments of the Company's products
- Handle updates, revisions, and creation of internal and external privacy policies
- Work with cross-functional teams including public policy and communication to ensure accurate and consistent privacy external messaging
- Develop and implement privacy project management processes and operational improvements to effectively and efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of a project
- Provide administrative, logistical, and organizational support for the team, including handling scheduling, presentations, organizational charts, team related procedures and objectives
- Manage privacy-related regulatory inquiries and investigations globally
- Work with cross-functional partners to drive and implement strategy around minor privacy and responsible AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years work experience, including privacy or information security compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented and able to multitask and coordinate across multiple teams and regions
- Team player with proactive work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Experience and interest in technology and entertainment/social network platform
- CIPP certification a plus
