A Colorado law firm is looking for aReal Estate Paralegalto join their team in their Fort Collins, CO office. Industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits offered Open to temporary to hire or direct hire candidates.
Responsibilities:
MUST be able to perform transactional work- due diligence review, contracts, closings, post-closings etc.
Manage attorney calendar
Maintain easy access to all transaction documents on internal systemsDocketing & managing deadlines for pending transactionsE-filingdocuments with various state and county authoritiesProofreading/editing documentGeneral administrative tasksQualifications:
