Job Description
Direct Counsel is looking for a 3rd to 5th year Transactional Tax Attorney to join a top law firm in one of the following locations: Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, or Miami.
Job Requirements:
• 3 5 years of concentrated transactional tax experience within a Law Firm
• Mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and partnership experience required
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
• Must be admitted to the jurisdiction to which you are applying
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Compensation:
