Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at Trustpoint

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas with its search for a Paralegal to support its Real Estate Practice Group. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills and possess a strong work ethic. A minimum of five (5) years of real estate paralegal experience is required .

Requirements
• Experience in handling and overseeing real estate transactions, including purchase, sale and financing
• Significant experience and familiarity with title insurance, surveys and general real estate diligence
• Ability to work with transactional lawyers in complex commercial real estate acquisitions and financings, diligence projects and general real estate support
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.

Salary is $70K-$100K commensurate with experience. In addition to an excellent compensation and benefits package.
