Job Description
RT delivers full-service capabilities to its clients by connecting talented IT professionals withorganizations where they can produce results. The Vendor Services Team is designed to support RTwith specialized knowledge and expertise in immigration law compliance, third party vendormanagement, and assessment of IT professionals for sponsorship. The Immigration Talent SolutionsProfessional will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significancethat are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all documentation in the supplier portal ensuring document completion, accuracy, coupled with ensuring documentation remains current
• Monitor the iLabor system daily and facilitate JO release to TPV verifying the orders have complete information and prevailing wage consideration; adhering to established SLA's
• Monitor the iLabor system daily and facilitate candidate submittals verifying I-797 for employment, visa expiration, employee eligibility, talent to company relationship, visa duration exceeds initial assignment duration; adhering to established SLA's
• Validate/Negotiate candidate submittal pay rates lock in the submitted pay rate to avoid downstream negotiations, delays, and $ compression; adhering to established SLA's
• Partner with internal teams on candidate offers to lock down third party vendors on all aspects of the role, and assist with any/all negotiations of Exhibit A's with vendors also ensuring client flow downs are understood
• Day to day interaction with top vendors to cultivate relationships, drive top talent into our program over our competitors, and identify key companies with the potential to add strategic value
• Support our field and operations partners to eliminate distractions brought on by issue escalation for TPV, client & talent related issues i.e. Visa issue, pay concern, wanting to transfer
• Track assignment duration and notify the field when 6 months has lapsed if they would like to exercise their RTO...Could also ask the talent if they are interested in transferring
• Tier List Creation/maintenance based on vendor performance and/or Randstad need - skill set, GEO, vendor value, insurance levels, price
• Support sponsored talent on assignment as a w-2 ensuring compliance with established procedures, labor agreements, and applicable laws, including federal immigration laws.
• Proactively monitoring and evaluating applicant candidate pool and recalibrate sourcing strategy based on the needs of Randstad and its clients
• Assessing candidate qualifications from both an IT and immigration perspective, including candidate's eligibility for new or transferred visas/work authorizations and prior compliance with immigration laws.
• Screening candidates for full understanding of availability, interest levels, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
• Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential. Making independent determinations and recommendations as to which candidates qualify for placement with clients based on IT qualifications and immigration compliance considerations.
• Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts with recruiters from your area facilitating effective communications that support the recruiting activity.
• Bench Mgt from the Talent angle - expectations management, accountability, communication, etc.
• Compile GC processing paperwork for submission to the RITS Immigration Team
Education:
• Minimum high school or GED
Work Experience:
• Minimum 5 years

• Ability to learn and adapt to changing immigration laws, regulations, and business priorities.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills - such as behavioral based interviewing techniques.
• Ability to quickly and thoroughly assess a high volume of resumes and candidates.
• Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of HR policies and procedures, operations, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Superior customer service and responsiveness.
• Exceptional team work and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude, and have a recruiter mindset.
• High level of proficiency with Bullhorn, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel to regional branch offices and corporate - if and when required.
