Full-time remote opportunity for a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 10 years of plaintiff litigation or mass tort litigation experience to provide legal assistance to senior in-house attorneys.

• Essential Litigation Functions:
• Be able to perform legal and factual research as well as research of records.
• Be able to identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other pertinent material.
• Be able to organize, analyze, cross-check, and validate information.
• Be able to prepare written reports, draft legal documents including briefs, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements.
• Be able to prepare correspondence as well as help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
• Be able to check legal forms and documents for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize reference files as well as case files.
• Find and communicate with witnesses as well as be able to perfect subpoena service.
• Be able to interview and interact with Clients.
• Assist attorneys in depositions and the courtroom.
• Manage document intensive discovery as well as have extensive knowledge of document management databases.
