We have an immediate opening for a Health Care Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of health care law experience to join our health care law team to help deliver effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services. Our healthcare clients include providers and payors, health care systems, hospitals, medical groups, individual practitioners, and health-related businesses. The health care team at BB&K advises on a vast array of health care legal matters, including Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement issues, health care regulatory matters, health care operations, managed care, contracting, payer-provider disputes, health information privacy and security, mergers and acquisitions, finance and litigation.
Experience with health care regulatory and transactional matters with public health care providers and Medi-Cal is a plus. Los Angeles or Walnut Creek office locations are preferred; however, the attorney may be based in any BB&K office and the position may require regular travel throughout the state, as needed.
