Entertainment/Technology Transactional Staff Attorney
Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 575 attorneys in 16 markets across eight states and Washington D.C., seeks a staff attorney with a minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position will primarily entail representing clients in the entertainment field and drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions including software and services agreements, consulting, music production, etc. for any of the following offices: Cincinnati and Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN.
