Overview: The Hackensack, New Jersey office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 190+ attorneys across 14 offices, is seeking a Jr. Associate to handle maritime and general liability litigation matters in the Courts of New York and New Jersey.
General Liability defense and Maritime law experience is a plus, but not required.

- Independently manage a caseload involving general liability and maritime matters.
- Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions and appeals.
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Requirements / Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
Law Review or Law Journal or Moot Court is preferred.
Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
Admission to practice in NJ and NY
Superior academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication.
