Job Description

Major international law firm is currently in search of a friendly and motivated front desk Receptionist for their Palo Alto office. The Receptionist works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment and supports the delivery of quality customer service to clients and firm personnel. This is the perfect position for someone who possess great organizational, communication, and client relation skills.

Daily responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact, greet and direct all visitors

Answer and screen all incoming phone calls

Assist with communication and coordination of vendors

General office maintenance, including ordering supplies and cleanliness upkeep

Coordinate conference room calendars; Prepare conference room materials and catering

Assist with traditional office support duties, such as scanning and filing

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Professional law office or administrative experience preferred
• Must have high technical skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
• Represents basic qualifications for this Receptionist position. To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications
