The Birmingham office of Dentons Sirote is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience to join our growing Real Estate and Corporate practice group.

- Working on a broad range of complex transactional matters related to commercial real estate
- Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful commercial real estate transactions including closings
- Performing due diligence
- Providing legal analysis in documents related to commercial real estate development and construction
Requirements / Qualifications
Must have excellent written communications skills to produce written work in a concise and effective manner
Must have strong presentation skills and is able to clearly communicate advice to clients and colleagues
Must have strong analytical skills and can offer unique perspectives on complex issues
Demonstrates sound judgment and works effectively under pressure
Minimum of 3 years legal experience is required
Must have experience drafting legal documents for corporate matters
Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and be in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
