DLA Piper seeks an attorney (professional track) for our Real Estate Capital Markets Group. This position is open to all US offices. We are looking for candidates with 3 years’ substantive experience in real estate securities work and experience working on private offerings including funds, REITs, opportunity zones and Delaware statutory trusts. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

In accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, is $135,000 - $300,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
