Our client is an industry-leading Business Immigration Law Firm and they are looking to hire a seasoned Business Immigration Attorney/Operations Manager to be based in their Corporate HQ in the Greater Washington DC Area (Relocation Assistance Available)

The Business Immigration Attorney/Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership on issues involving the firm’s operations, strategy, systems development, and HR issues as well

Responsibilities:
• Supervising and managing staff and all legal and non-legal operations of the firm including ensuring that work products meet firm standards
• Point of contact for client counter parties on operational and deliverable management of client engagement
• Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance firm growth
• Monitoring performance with tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed

Qualifications:
• Must be based in the DC metro area and be able to come into the office on a daily basis
• Must experience working as a Business Immigration Attorney previously
• Be forward-looking with the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication and presentation skills
