Job Description

• Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World
• Reviewing Spanish and English records, including documents, audio files, video files, and other e-doc formats in a review platform, and coding and summarizing the content.
• Listening to audio/video files and drafting summaries and/or transcriptions and translations.
• Participating in case meetings with ATR staff and outside parties and utilizing Spanish language skills.
• Staff may require interpretation services.
• Will serve as the project lead and perform duties such as developing saved searches based on government attorney requests, creating batches of documents for review, and monitoring the pace and quality of the document review.
• Performance will be measured based on a quantitative assessment regarding timeliness and quantity of materials reviewed, as well as a qualitative assessment of the analysis performed on the documents T

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance.
• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABaccredited law school, having completed at least one year of study, an equivalent level of legal training or experience or an equivalent level of education may be substituted.
• Additionally, at least three years of litigation paralegal experience or project experience (as related to the task order) including trial experience is required.
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support.
• Must have supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
• Requires sound working knowledge of federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and legal research resources.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.
• Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.
• Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
• Spanish fluency - the Puerto Rican dialect is preferable Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to deliver consistently high-quality work under tight deadlines and high pressure
• Able to work overtime as directed Strongly Preferred.
• Prior Document Review experience in Relativity.
• Prior document review experience using automated document review systems Prior experience supporting law enforcement or a legal environment
• Professional certifications and association are preferred
