Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Paralegal to join the Antitrust practice groups. This role will be responsible for providing substantive organizational, file and case management and legal assistance in preparation of materials for clients of the Antitrust practice group and to work on large scale litigation matters and support attorneys and clients.

This position will reside in the New York or Washington office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Key Responsibilities Of This Position
• Provide organizational support such as cataloging large volumes of documents both in electronic and hard copy form
• Serve as liaison with legal document processing vendors
• Populate and set up relevant information into ClientSites and existing eRooms, or other designated datarooms and databases
• Assist with complex filings with federal and state courts
• Monitor case dockets on certain issues and report developments to team
• Responsible for ad hoc set-up and utilization of workrooms both in-house and at client sites during document collections
• Assist with preparing and maintaining witness binders, interview documents, and presentations for the legal team
• Coordinate and prepare documents for production (e.g., bates-labeling, redacting, duplicating, and withholding and logging privileged documents)
• Conduct factual investigations
• Assist with maintaining case chronologies
• Assist with complex Antitrust Hart-Scott-Rodino and other electronic filings (U.S.)
• Participate in training and development programs offered by the Firm
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Experience/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
• A minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of antitrust experience
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Accuracy and ability to proofread
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Independent, self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to prioritize and balance workload
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
• Ability to work well with others at various levels and be a team player
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional travel is necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Reader, ClientSite, Relativity, Lexis-Nexis and/or other similar software
