Business Immigration Paralegal at LHH
Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with 3+ years of experience for a direct hire position with a top 100 AmLaw100 law firm. This is a hybrid role in Washington, DC.
Requirements:
• Assisting with NIV/IV filings for business immigration cases.
• Prepare petitions and application packages for review.
• Organize and maintain accurate records in the immigration management system, and perform statutory, regulatory, case law, and public records research.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certificate, preferred.
• 3+ years of immigration experience.
