Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a talented commercial real estate paralegal for its Atlanta office.

Responsibilities
• Preparation or review of documents for real estate transactions, including assisting with the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other transaction documents
• Due diligence reviews of property documents, surveys, title insurance commitments, and leases
• Pre-closing and closing management, including preparing and managing closing checklists, settlement statements and closing binders along with post-closing management and project close-out
• Reviewing and revising title and survey documents, including reviewing title examinations; preparation of legal descriptions
• Prepare title commitments, policies, and endorsements
• Preparation of legal descriptions

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily, with attention to detail. Punctuality and satisfactory attendance is imperative. Excellent client service is expected. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior commercial real estate experience in law firm environment preferred
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize project requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a client service focus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
