Job Description

The role is varied and can be flexed depending upon the successful applicant’s
strengths. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales as well as
liaising with outsourced third parties to undertake the duties listed below.

The role is a full-time position but the exact hours could be flexible. Training is
available and no previous experience is necessarily required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Copying Writing: Creating content relating to property news and other legal sectors for our social media, website, blog and adverts. Plus the occasionally press release
  • Social Media: Helping to support our social media platforms
  • Email Marketing: This is currently being developed. Once done the CRM system will need to be kept up to date and the emails created
  • Customer Relations: Reply and respond to customer enquiries, comments, questions and reviews via Google, Review Solicitor, Facebook and Instagram. Regular checking on the accounts
  • Awards and Events: Seek out awards for Attwells to enter. Plan events, exhibitions and internal events too
  • Community Relations: To engage externally with our local communities and identify opportunities for us to get involved
