Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Business Intelligence Analytics Developer to develop complex analytical dashboards and reporting solutions for partners, legal staff, firm management, and administrative users.

Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence, the Business Intelligence Analytics Developer will identify firm business intelligence needs and design and develop solutions, including complex reports and dashboard development, that drive value for the firm.

This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Regular working hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Determines requirements and assists in developing for centralized, governed data sources and develop processes to ensure accuracy of data.
• Develops statistical modelling and analysis work required for business intelligence solutions.
• Develops key performance indicators to meet the requirements of key business drivers.
• Implements business rules in applicable business intelligence applications.
• Coordinate with and support embedded analysts in other firm administrative departments.

Experience And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science and Technology, or similar field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience or, equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical skills (MS Excel, MS Access and Visual Basic for Applications, MS SQL Server, MS Visual Studio, SSRS, Tableau, Qlik, Jira)
• Proficient in Access, work group specific, Visual Basic database software
