Job Description
Our client, a leading international firm, is seeking an Business Development Specialist to support their growing practice on a contract basis.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the government division marketing team with initiatives to help the firm's business development efforts.
This position is currently hybrid.
Responsibilities :
• Conducting online and database research to prepare intelligence reports on clients, competitors, and industries of interest to the firm.
• Researching and developing materials for RFP's while ensuring proposals and posted to the firm's intranet.
• Attending events, managing onsite registration for firm-sponsored events from execution and coordination to tearing down materials.
• Developing materials for event including brochures and emails while ensuring attorneys are updated on best marketing content.
Qualifications :
• A Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 year of business development experience preferably in a law firm environment.
• Proficient in using MS Office; specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles including tracking attorney and firm business development plans.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities
• Strong verbal, written, customer service, and organizational skills
