Dynamis is seeking a Victim Notification Team Leader is to oversee a group of Victim Notification Analyst working with the FBI’s Victim Notification System (VNS) to help ensure that the FBI’s responsibility for timely notification is met. The Victim Assistance Program was developed to ensure that victims of federal crimes are treated with fairness and respect as they journey through the federal criminal justice system. This position will provide full service administrative support to victim services providers (VSPs) within the VSD. The victim assistance and protection laws apply to all victims of federal crime who have suffered physical, financial, or emotional trauma.

Responsibilities

The role of the VNA Team Leader is to oversees VNAs in a supervisory capacity
• Lead charged with providing full- service support to VSD victim services providers
• Assisting the VNS coordinator, CPVA coordinator, and VSD management directly
• Overseeing the processing of victim contact information, case documentation
• Validation and verification of case files in multiple case management systems
• Capturing victim information in VNS and/or the CPVA Tracking System (CPVATS), generating victim notification letters to victims of cases to inform them of the status of the investigation
• When directed, perform quality assurance and report generation
• Creating VNS accounts for victim services providers after the VNS coordinator provides approval
• Presenting during briefings, meetings, and trainings when needed by the coordinator
• Review weekly reports and take action as needed
• Work with the coordinator to update SOPs
• Generating reports for various agencies
• Provide on-the-job training to new victim notification analysts
• Assist in maintaining the VNS for numerous Field Offices and Resident Agencies, as well as headquarters, and provide additional support on duties as assigned
• Responsible for managing the other contractors on the contract, interviewing new candidates, and coordinating all hiring requirements
Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a professional work environment
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Shall have analytical and problem-solving skills
• Shall have experience in preparing presentation materials for a wide audience
• Working knowledge of basic Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel to include using Excel formulas
• Shall have experience in prioritization of projects and have strong problem-solving skills, good research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with others and have good interpersonal skills

Preferred
• Master’s Degree from an accredited university
