Job Description

Who We Are:
TTI is the world leader in Power Tools, Accessories, Hand Tools, Outdoor Power Equipment and Floor Care for Do-It-Yourself, professional and industrial users in the home improvement, repair, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure industries. We build our success around exceptional people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek a wide range of challenges and opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:
We need great legal professionals to help continue our incredible growth. To that end, we have established a Legal Leadership Development Program (LLDP), a rotational program that includes progressively challenging assignments in legal, product safety, sustainability, trade compliance, and other legal functions.

The LLDP position is for:
Recent graduates of law school or law students soon to be graduating law school; or
Attorneys with 1-3 years of experience.

Job Summary:
The TTI LLDP initially will join one of our North American business units in Milwaukee, WI, Greenville, SC, or Charlotte, NC. Then, the LLDP potentially will rotate through multiple other business units to gain additional experience and exposure within TTI. Between 18 and 24 months after being hired, or sooner as opportunities become available, the TTI LLDP ultimately will relocate more permanently to one of our business units.

Examples of locations where these future opportunities exist include, but are not limited to, Milwaukee, WI, Greenville, SC, Charlotte, NC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Hong Kong, and London, UK. The LLDP position typically requires extensive domestic and international travel, up to 40% of the time (safety permitting). If you cannot commit to extensive travel and relocation, you should not apply.
