Immigration Paralegal
Cho Law LLC is an immigration boutique law firm serving both corporate and individual clients across the U.S. As we are growing fast, new hires will enjoy frequent promotions and professional growth opportunities.
We expanded our business location to New Jersey Essex County area and are seeking to fill multiple paralegal positions to meet the increasing demands.
The Paralegal position is for candidates who will be able to draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, E, H, L, O, P, AOS, I-130, I-601(A), etc.) adjustment of status, and naturalization filings, nonimmigrant/immigrant visa applications, supporting documents, and cover letters as well as draft and edit detailed support letters in support of immigration filings and other administrative duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will also be able to communicate with clients (via email and telephone) to obtain required materials, discuss procedures, case processing/status, and conduct follow-up inquiries.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
• Strong writing and analytical skills and willingness to learn immigration law
• Case Management
• Prefer to have minimum 2 years of business/family immigration paralegal experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to take initiative on a high volume of cases
• A college degree is required
