Baker Legal Group, LLC based in Hunterdon County seeks experienced family law attorney with at least one year of experience.
• Judicial clerkship a plus
• New Jersey Bar admission required.
• Flexible in office work requirements combination remote and in office based on experience and preference
• Full-time attorney preferred
• Part-time schedule requests will be considered for immediate hire for the right candidate
• Candidate should have excellent writing.
• Candidate should have the ability to empathize with clients in high conflict custody and domestic violence matters.
• Candidate should have the ability to handle all aspects of divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence matters, including trials.
• Candidate should also have a willingness to both resolve cases amicably and advocate for clients through litigation when necessary. Salary commensurate with experience. Salary range between $70,000 to $120,000 including benefits package for full-time employees.
