Job Description
Manchin Ferretti, PLLC is seeking an experienced, reliable Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist to join our team. General office duties include answering incoming phone calls, setting up new client files, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
You will handle prospective client inquiries, manage the data entry of case details, analyze the criteria and assist attorneys with follow-ups, appointments and signing up new cases.
Additionally, you will provide legal assistance on cases involving car wrecks, personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance matters. At least one year of experience in a law firm and proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. Competitive salary based on work history and office skills.
