US Tax Quality/ Law Support – Senior Manager
The Opportunity
As a US Tax Quality/Law Senior Manager, you will work as part of the US Quality group to support the US Law Quality Leader and also provide operational support to Law engagement teams and Region Quality teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Region support: assistance to Region Quality teams on client engagement consultations (including but not limited to SOW reviews, PACE, SORT and general Quality consultations)
• Law engagement teams support: assistance to Law engagement teams on client specific engagement consultations and general Tax Quality questions
• Education: assistance in identifying law practice education and training needs, preparation of learning materials, and learning compliance (CPE)
• SCORE: Assistance with US/Americas SCORE reviews
• Support with EY Interact - MyDocuments compliance
• Support for data or similar incidents
• Support to US Quality Leader- Immigration LMS team on immigration tax quality and regulatory related matters
• Assistance with law processes and procedures
• Routine support for Quality Review team when law teams are being selected or under review

To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; JD strongly preferred
• Minimum of five years of work experience in a law or professional services firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools
• Broad knowledge of the Tax practice and Tax sub service lines
• Strong analytical skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $122,100 to $279,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $146,500 to $317,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
