Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general compliance and corporate governance matters for the company and its international subsidiaries, including obtaining notarisations and apostilles, certificates of good standing and compliance, and overseeing statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with entity formations
• Creation of organization charts
• Manage execution of documents
• Organizing and maintaining corporate records
• Manage and respond to requests for information and documents internally and externally
• Respond to “Know Your Customer”/”Client Due Diligence” requests from customers, vendors and global financial institutions
• Collaborate cross functionally, including with the equity, finance and tax teams
• Assist and support transactions
• Assist with billing matters, track outside counsel engagements, review invoices

YOU WILL HAVE
• 5+ years of experience working in an internationally recognized law firm or in-house legal department
• Bachelors degree or internationally recognized paralegal qualification
• Familiarity with international group structures and cap tables
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, ability to work in a global, fast paced and ever changing environment
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with international AML-ATF, anti-bribery and corruption and ultimate beneficial owner regimes
• Preferred working hours to overlap with US EST time zone

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal related field
