We are seeking Privacy Attorneys for remote, interim projects, where you will immerse yourself in our client’s legal team, supporting privacy compliance at every level.  We welcome the opportunity to speak with candidates who possess 3+ years of in-house experience
  • counseling on domestic and international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and industry best practices: privacy-by-design, data use and data breach policy & response planning;
  • designing and implementing privacy compliance training;
  • supporting commercial teams and business unit attorneys on
    •  privacy issues in contract negotiations and client relationships, including  remediation of existing contracts;
    • the use of personal data within security initiatives;
    • reviewing and negotiating privacy and security contractual provisions.
