Pierce Atwood LLP’s rapidly growing real estate and land use practice seeks a top-notch associate with at least three years of experience for our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have be well versed in Massachusetts zoning and land use law and have experience managing a real estate development project from land acquisition through permitting. We are, however, willing to consider someone with transactional real estate experience who is interested in developing land use expertise. Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must. This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving, highly-regarded and collegial land use practice that has more than doubled in size in the last five years, and is one of only four Boston firms with a Tier 1 National Zoning and Land Use rating from Chambers. Boston zoning or renewable energy development experience are also plusses. Counsel and junior partner level attorneys will also be considered, and no portable billings are required.
