Job Description

Responsible for supporting the processing of Foreign Exchange (FX) banking products at various stages of the transactions/trade’s life cycle. Facilitates the process with all parties involved on trade transactions, payments, settlements, and disbursements. Reviews, executes, and reconciles processing of transactions and related documents. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness and accuracy to established service levels, standard policies, and applicable procedures to ensure strict compliance with terms and conditions. Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions.
 
This role is remote anywhere in the U.S.
 
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • General knowledge of the international products and services available from the company
  • Strong problem-solving and client servicing skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with wire transfers and SWIFT formatting
  • Experience in Hogan
  • Previous experience with Foreign Exchange is a plus
