Patent Prosecution Paralegal at W3Global

Position will support 5 attorneys and 5 patent agents in both U.S. and international prosecution matters as well as working with 4 other patent paralegals. Duties include monitoring of patent prosecution dockets, preparation of draft correspondence, finalizing and sending correspondence to client and foreign law firms, preparation and filing of USPTO filing documents, as well as file maintenance and document management. In particular, experience with all routine patent prosecution matters including IDS, RCE, provisional, continuation, divisional, PCT, response, appeal and petition filings is required. Also, experience with PTA calculations, annuity/maintenance fee scheduling and payment, and international patent prosecution is highly preferred. Significant competence in Adobe, Word and Excel needed. At least five years of experience required.
